Exclusive: video interview with The Interbeing, signed CD giveaway

Danish modern metal bands are well-known for their ability to effectively combine insane drive and energy with catchy melodies. The Interbeing are no exception. Drawing their inspiration from various styles of music, including metal and beyond, they are often compared to Mnemic, arguably the flagship of the modern metal scene. With the release of their debut EP 'Perceptual Confusion', they managed to create quite a hype and get people excited about their first full-length album, 'Edge of the Obscure', which was released in Europe on August 1st through Mighty Music/Target Distribution.

That's why we decided to contact the band for an interview and to ask them how the album is being received by the fans, their plans for the future and more. The band's guitarist Torben Pedersen and vocalist Dara Toibin kindly answered all of our questions. Watch the interview below. It was recorded in HD, so click through on YouTube for a better quality. The interview includes some exclusive playthrough footage of a new, yet untitled track, which will be featured on the band's next release.

Many of our readers do not speak English as their first language, so it can be hard to understand it when spoken (especially by people who don't speak it natively, either). That's why we always try to provide subtitles. You can easily turn them off if you don't want them.
