Monuments have announced on their Facebook page that they have finally found a new vocalist. They also write: "We're currently pre producing the vocals and we'll have something for you guys real soon. Thank you for your patience and continuous support. We also want to thank the many of you for your auditions." A drum playthrough video for the song 'The Uncollective' was posted earlier.
Read the announcement on Facebook.

New Vocalist = New Lyrics = True Story
Ladies, Browne has said on multiple occasions that original lyrics will accompany the new vocalist. Not only because the lyrics are Neema's, but because a new vocalist with his own style shouldn't try and mimic another's.
I really doubt Greg and Neema would want their lyrics used on the album. I think I've seen on facebook that those lyrics won't be used at all.
and also, yes the album is called Gnosis, and anything they've played live previously on tours, and at Euroblast is on the album, so if you went to Euroblast and saw them, you know the track listing, seeing as they said that they played the album in it's entirety.
Buster: Periphery did exactly that for Icarus Lives, when Jake Veredika was replaced by Casey Sabol.
Well, 'We are the Foundation' was just a Demo if I'am right... so I guess it's pretty likely that these songs will appear on the album again. They also released the instrumental version for "The Uncollective" along with a video on YouTube listing 'Gnosis' as it's album. So I'm pretty sure, that at least THAT song will make it on the final album
Yeah but somebody could be uncomfortable singing Neema´s lyrics....
But who says there will be old songs on their new album...why release old songs from EP, if they had enough time to write bunch of new ones...
@jordy666sic
that's not necessarily true, there's been a lot of vox changes in music's history, but i never heard some1 actually changing the lyrics from the previous vocalists. eg periphery or tesseract
YES!!!!
Regardless of who they found as a vocalist, the album will be absolutely amazing and in the mean time I have a bunch of old demos to hold me over. Music will be beautiful, very long overdue release but it will drop jaws and be worth the wait. Best of luck with the album guys.
Going to be the best release since Masstaden !

@ buster
The vocals in Monuments are going to be nothing like they used to be. All lyrics are owned by Neema so the new vocalist will have to rewrite everything (:
This is gonna be some groovy shit .. Already wanna hear these Vocals !
Awesome news! Interested in hearing the new vox with the tunes. Especially compared to the tunes with two vox.

hmmm, so they will go on w/ only 1 vox? how r they gonna pull that off? rewrite the whole old vox parts? i hope not, since having 2 vox was part of whut defined monuments... well at least they finally found 1! their album has been on my #1 spot of most anticipated releases since i know them.
Vilhem is awesome...wtf are you talking about? Vildhjarta are gods...so are Monuments \m/
I hope he´s good! Please no death metal growl...I dont want Monuments to be ruined like Vildhjarta...
