- Alex Delaney
Although ‘Avensis’ is a one-man operation that is run out of a dorm room, the project punches out edgy, modern progressive metal on a regular basis. Check out ‘Divebomber’ or the sick cover of Ke$ha’s ‘We R Who We R’ on the project’s Bandcamp page; might I mention that anything you dig up there is free to download?

Alex Delaney is a multi-instrumentalist that has been playing music from a very early age. His interests lie with today's progressive metal scene, and he's been writing and releasing material since early 2009. His acclaimed personal music project, Avensis, is held in high regard by many of today's listeners of modern metal. Alex believes firmly in the merits of music as art, and his mastery of both instruments and production speak to that point. He is currently attending school and producing music in Troy, NY.
To date, Avensis has released a pre-production self-titled full-length and a full-production EP, 'Gamma Correction'.
