Kalium was created in 2009 by Ryan Smith in Berlin. It's a one-man project that incorporates various styles of rock, metal, jazz and fusion.
Kalium deals lyrically with anything from love to an alien attack to the apocalypse, and is carried by pummeling 8-string guitar rhythms and haunting, melodic vocals.

Kalium is currently working on 2 albums, an instrumental EP and an LP.
