Obtain/Restrain is a solo project founded in early 2011 by Simon Göthberg(Await The Verdict). The main focus lies on groove and melody. And inspired by bands like Volumes, Periphery and of course Meshuggah, the outcome hopefully will reach out to a wide metal audience.

As for right now, the writing process for the upcoming EP is in action. The EP, that is calld 'Relapse', will contain 5 songs hopefully with vocals from several different vocalists.
