Originating from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Rising Sun was created to mold the sounds of heavy polyrhythmic music with the atmospheric sounds of shoegaze styled music along with jazz fusion. The musicians in this group are highly experienced with everyone having no less than 10 years in musical experience. This band just started in February of 2011 and already we recorded and released a 4 song EP all with their own individual sound and significance. The EP is posted online so check the links and give feedback! We'll be sure to not disappoint!
