Stealing Axion is described as a progressive metal band hailing from Tacoma, Washington. Formed in early 2010, they have been working diligently on writing and recording new, exciting and unique material that many listeners have described as "brutal yet melodic."
They released a 5 song EP in the latter half of 2010, which was received very well in the metal community. This EP earned a place in the top 20 releases of 2010 according to website got-djent.com as well as number 2 of the free releases of 2010. This EP has spread itself around the internet quickly and finds its way to new ears consistently. Currently Stealing Axion is awaiting the release of their debut album in 2011. While recording and finishing it up, they have been working on filling their roster and look forward to playing shows in the near future.
