Mnemic have uploaded some studio footage to Youtube of new drummer Brian Larsen, who replaced previous drummer Brian "Brylle" Rasmussen last year, tracking some of the drum lines for their fifth studio album. Watch it below. The album will be produced by Tue Madsen (Behemoth, The Haunted).

Francois Filon of Digital Fufux has posted live footage of Chimp Spanner playing a new track, 'Cloud City', to his Youtube channel. Watch it below. The track is due to be featured on Chimp Spanner's upcoming EP 'All Roads Lead Here', which will be released on 6th February. The footage was filmed whilst the band were on tour supporting Cynic last December.

Meshuggah have posted a re-broadcast of a live chat session with Tomas Haake and Jens Kidman answering fan questions on January 24, 2012, along with a footage from the 'Koloss' Los Angeles listening party, to their YouTube channel. Watch them below. The tracklist and cover art of 'Koloss' were revealed earlier.

UPDATE: The interview revealed plans for a North American tour in May with supporting bands Decapitated and Baroness.

Uneven Structure have posted a video featuring behind the scenes footage from the recording of their music video, as well as live and touring footage. Watch it below. The band will be touring Europe with Protest The Hero, Long Distance Calling and Blood Command in March.

Modern Day Babylon have posted some live footage from their first show featuring bass player Marek Mrvík. Watch it below. The footage was recorded at Defacing fest in Brno, Czech Republic on October 17th. A teaser for some new material was posted earlier.

Tardive Dyskinesia have posted some rehearsal footage of a new track titled 'Smells Like Fraud' on YouTube, watch it below. The band saw some line-up changes in June this year. They are currently working on their next full-length album, from which this track is presumably taken.

Fredrik Thordendal of Meshuggah has posted new in-studio footage of Dirk Verbeuren, one of the session drummers for Fredrik's side project Fredrik Thordendal's Special Defects. Watch below. The new Special Defects album will be released after Meshuggah's upcoming untitled release.

Footage of Vildhjarta performing their song 'Traces' in Oslo, Norway, has been uploaded to Youtube. Watch it below. The song will be featured on the band's upcoming album, 'Måsstaden', which is due for release in November via Century Media Records, and is currently available for pre-order.

UK-based band Vidina have posted two live footage videos of their songs 'Breach' and 'Excommunicate' to their Youtube channel. Watch them below. A studio recording of the track 'Excommunicate' was posted earlier.

The Contortionist in conjunction with sickdrummer.com have released some drum cam footage from the 'Frak the Gods tour' with Periphery, Textures and The Human Abstract. The song in question is 'Contact' from their debut album 'Exoplanet' performed by their drummer, Joey Baca.
