Periphery drop out of North American tour


Periphery have announced that they had dropped out of their North American tour with Scale The Summit and Fair To Midland due to "very serious personal emergencies" on their Facebook page. They write: "[...]We are really sorry for the inconvenience we are causing any of our fans, but also the bands that we have been on tour with for the past couple of weeks. Please don't be upset, we really need your support![...]". Below you will find the dates that have been cancelled.

Periphery: Matt Halpern drum solo video


Periphery drummer Matt Halpern has posted a new video on his YouTube channel. The video titled 'Four Piece Solo Clips' features Matt playing different grooves. Watch it below. A video of a joint performance with Mike Malyan of Monuments was posted earlier. Periphery are set to release their 'Icarus Lives!' EP on April 19th.

Periphery: Hit the Floor Magazine interview with Alex Bois


Hit the Floor magazine recently published a video interview with Alex Bois of Periphery, which was conducted back in early February. In it they discuss touring, the band's problems with line-ups, and Jake Bowen's injury. Periphery are currently on tour in the US with Fair to Midland and Scale The Summit.

Periphery: John Browne to fill in for Jake Bowen on US tour


Jake Bowen of Periphery has released a statement on the band's official Facebook page about their upcoming US tour with Fair to Midland, where John Browne of Monuments will be filling in for the injured guitarist. Browne had already filled in for Bowen on the European leg of the League of Extraordinary Djentlemen tour, where Bowen dislocated his finger. We recently conducted an exclusive video interview with all the bands on the tour.

Periphery: TotalRock radio interview with Alex Bois


TotalRock Radio recently conducted an interview with guitarist Alex Bois of Periphery. Periphery toured the UK and Europe with TesseracT, The Safety Fire and Monuments last month with the League of Extraordinary Djentlemen tour. We also conducted an interview with the bands on the tour. Periphery will be releasing their 'Icarus Lives!' EP in April.

YouTube user FotherMucker00 has uploaded some live footage, recorded at the Vienna, Austria show of the League of Extraordinary Djentlemen tour (featuring Periphery, Monuments and The Safety Fire) on February 17th. Watch it below. The footage was recorded in Full HD (1080p) and has very good image and audio quality, so click through to YouTube to watch it in Full HD.

Periphery: Streaming live show from Dallas [Update: Recorded show available]


Periphery are once again going to stream one of their live shows. According to their Twitter the show "will be on but around 7p PST 8p MST 9p CST and 10p EST.... <3".

The band also streamed their Toronto show, which had very good sound quality, with the recording being available here.
