Hey, I'm looking for alien sounding or midi plug-ins for an ambient sound, can anyone recommend something? Thanks

any subtractive synth you can make ambient noise with just by adding reverb or delay. if you're looking to do actual sound design I warn you its a pain in the ass, takes me a month of 10 hours a day to sound design for 2 min of video. I hate doing it..

I came across Sonic Academy & their new soft synth plug-in ANA with oscillation. I'm intrigued, looks ridiculously simple! So for those looking for that ambient sound check it out!

I just googled atmospheric alien vsti's, just google and you will find many I am really pleased with what I've got, have to go to school now, will maybe search for some links for you later

if you´re referring to my song it´s all made with the free kore2player by native instruments. but i think they discontinued that one.

you can start with the free downloads of native instruments. i made this song with that free stuff only - except for the drums. those were form cubase, i think.
