help needed for born of osiris bass tone

im looking for a bass tone like born of osiris' with a MESA M9 carbine head. any suggestions to help me out? thanks in advance.

Put a compressor before the amp to boost your signal, a ratio of around 4:1 should work fine. For your amp settings, turn down the bass a little, the mids up a little, the treble up to about 2/3 or 3/4 and set the gain to 1/3 or 1/2. That should do the trick

there is an emphasis on 150Hz roughly and he has the 2.5kHz very present as well. lots of compression is happening and there is also some distortion going on in his tone. mind you I was referencing an album I almost guarantee his live settings wont sound like they do in studio.
