Sorry for the mis-leading topic:...just found out Howard Jones left KsE. Djent is taking over the world! I guess his health/personal problems became too much! I tend to think, he got scared that djent is coming, so he jumped ship.
Sorry, just kidding!
How can I get Dan Tompkins, to take over for Howard Jones? I immediately thought of that! How, do I, get Daniel Tompkins, in, Killswitch Engage. Wouldn't that be ______?

As far as I'm concerned, one of the best clean vocalist out today, besides, Tompkins!...Amy Lee, Robert Luciani. Not crazy about, LaBonte, though! A big Howard Jones, KsE fan. Not a fan of KsE, with Leach or Blood Has Been Shed with Jones...go figure?

BHBS was waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than KsE...too bad about him not doing it anymore. He definitely was one of the strongest clean vocalists in modern metal. I really wish they wouldn't have "prettied up" most of the singles off of everything from The End of Heartache onward by taking 90% of the screaming out though...

Yeah...I like the cleans! The skill, talent & practice to nail clean vocals! 'My Curse', is my all time favorite KsE. The radio edit, at that!
When harsh vocals work, there awesome! In Killswitch, I didn't think they did! Give me NILE, Behemoth, Hate Eternal the beasts!
KsE, needs cleans...get, Tompkins!

Now that we got Jesse Leach in a djent band, Dan Tompkins in KsE would only be logical, I guess.
Sad to hear that Jones left them. I didn't follow the band as closely as I used to but I always liked his voice. Really strong. It will be hard to find a replacement.
