Australian one-man-band ONAN has released a new full length album. The 15 track album titled 'Breaking The Fourth Wall' was made available for streaming and purchase on Bandcamp earlier today. Recently Kim Forbes released the Pod X3 patches used for the rhythm guitars on this album.

Kim Forbes of ONAN has uploaded two POD Farm patches used for his upcoming release 'Breaking the Fourth Wall' to his Line 6 profile. He writes: "I have had some questions about how i engineer ONAN's releases, and my take on the ONAN "sound", so I've started uploading some of my patches to my line6 profile so you guys can all download and have a play. So far, i've uploaded 2 tones - one rythm, and one lead tone."

He also writes:[i]"[...]I've been asked for some updates on how the new album from ONAN is going, I've decided to post the new work-in-progress track, called 'Telomere Crisis'. The guitarwork is still a little rough, and the mix is still missing a few layers, but it's kinda good for a demo for now.[...]The new ONAN album is about halfway finished, I expect it to have around 12-13 tracks.

Kim Forbes of ONAN has released his new anticipated EP, titled 'III:Metal|Porno|Space|Opera', after the release of a mashup clip posted a few days ago. The instrumental 4-track EP is available for free download from his Bandcamp page. He writes: [i]"Hey there djenters! Kim Forbes of ONAN has posted a new track 'My Beard Knows Kung Fu' on his Soundcloud page. Earlier, he released two demo tracks 'Let's Play' and 'The Stars Themselves' that are to be featured on an early 2011 release.

Kim Forbes has just completed mastering ONAN's second release, which will be self-titled and have a runtime of about 37 minutes, with a total of 13 tracks. He writes: "The material on this album is a little harder, a little more djent than 'Hell is Other People'. I was able to use a combination of VST soft-amps in my engineering for this album, so the sounds I could get from my axe were a little different, which affected how I approached writing songs."
