Great debut!
Tomasz Huczek’s or Deely’s music adventure has begun in 1996, when he started to learn how to play the piano. Since that time his musical taste have gone through different transformations as result of which he concentrated his attention on playing 8-string guitar. Before it was a participation in a band that hadn't recorded any song and soon split. Inspired by his new instrument, new genres and all the modern progressive metal music, he composed his debut release "Ineave".
Despite "Ineave" is first in Tomasz's discography, its recording quality and professionalism in playing instrumental parties (which Tomasz played alone), are worth the highest praises.
Songs are built on slow abrasive riffs, that with persistence of petrol-powered saw penetrate into brain, making listener unable to forget them for a long time.
Excellent usage of tempo changes and groovy riffs had a great positive influence on the whole work. Slightly monotonous riffs make beautiful and catchy melodies that sound mesmerizing. From depths an ambient inserts could be heard. They create aerial atmosphere and add music special, unique tint. Drums are programmed very good and don't get lost against the background of guitar sound but rather supplement it. Guitar "mood" changes throughout songs, varying from aggressive to slightly melancholic.
All four songs of this EP are pretty equal hits but I'd rather marked out first track "Fellow" for its energy and superb melodiousness.
In conclusion I'd like to congratulate Tomasz with great and solid start and wish him not less success on his next albums.
